      I’m a Mental Health Therapist, keynote speaker, life/business coach, & entrepreneur who is committed to guiding people to their highest potential. I struggled with depression, PTSD & anxiety, but I achieved my goals. It wasn't easy which is why I started life coaching to help others do the same.  It took a while for me to start my business because I was doing a lot of research and buying gurus products that were supposed to help me start my business easier, but it didn't do that.  So, I took the time to do my business plan and paperwork for my business which made it easier for me to do the same for another one of my businesses.
